Builders Labourer Required

Experienced construction labourer required for immediate start.  Duties will include demolition, assisting tradespeople and site clean-up.  Must have worked within the construction industry, with a strong WHS ethos.  General Safety Blue/White Card mandatory.

Sales and Marketing Consultant

We are a multi-award winning custom luxury home builder and we are seeking an highly ambitious, driven and hungry Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our small team.  This role encompasses all aspects of marketing, whilst utilising your administration, organisational and creativity skills daily.

The position being offered is casual (1-2 days a week) within a family friendly and flexible workplace.  This will allow the right applicant to work around perhaps current workloads.

You will be responsible for the following including but not limited to:-

  • Being able to demonstrate experience in residential new home sales
  • As well as taking enquiries from prospective clients
  • You will need to generate sales leads
  • Compile relevant demographic data, housing trends and competitor activity in the local area
  • Analyse and interpret data for the purpose of recommending target markets
  • Development and execution of advertising and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of project marketing plans and budgets and maintain marketing commitment register.
  • Be highly self-motivated in researching new sales initiatives
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Coordinate all marketing campaigns and advertising materials
  • Designing and creating all marketing collateral to meet appropriate deadlines (online and print)
  • Social media management
  • Website and digital marketing management
  • Write, edit and distribute a monthly e-newsletter
  • A demonstrate ability to maintain highly professional integrities of this organization
  • Any additional requirements

Minimum demonstrated 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the residential / construction industry (desirable), with excellent presentation and communication skills.  Your positive nature and enthusiastic approach are essential for this role.
